QUESTION: CAN I TOUCH THE CLEANER?

No. This is a voyeur only service. Any attempt to touch the cleaner will result in the instant termination of the contract and the cleaner will leave with no refund.

QUESTION: DO THE CLEANERS OFFER MASSAGES OR SEXUAL SERVICES?

No!!! Not under any circumstances.
Please do not embarrass yourself or the cleaner by asking.

QUESTION: WHAT TYPE OF CLEANING DUTIES WILL BE PERFORM?

Cleaning duties including vacuuming, tidying, dusting, washing up, watering plants, cleaning windows, washing floors, laundry, ironing, making beds etc. They are also happy to serve you your favourite drink or serve light snacks.

QUESTION: WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?

At the Present moment we cover the Chester, Conwy, Llandudno, Parts of Gwynedd and the Isle of Angelsey area with a view to expand across the whole of north Wales area.

QUESTION: CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEO RECORD THE CLEANER?

Due to privacy we kindly ask you not to take photo's, recordings or to use any other media forms.

QUESTION: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking. We only accept PayPal at present; The rest of the balance is payable directly to the cleaner, immediately on their arrival, in cash only.

QUESTION: CAN I BOOK AT SHORT NOTICE?

Yes it is sometimes possible to arrange cleaners at short notice, although with longer notice, we will be able to offer you a far wider choice of cleaners.

QUESTION: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change.
Over 7 days notice - full refund.
Less than 7 days notice - loss of deposit.

QUESTION: WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL AND PRIVACY ISSUES.

All our cleaners will come dressed to your door in plain clothing, We expect you to provide a suitable area for our cleaner to change into the attire specified when you made the booking.
